He has managed operations teams that have recovered billions of dollars from foreign withholding agents around the world. He has an MBA and applies his diverse experience to help enhance the Broadridge client experience.

Scott joined Broadridge in 2023 and has more than 24 years of asset servicing experience at U.S. Bank, culminating in a role as Vice President in Global Custody Services. In that role, he led the teams responsible for Class Actions, Corporate Actions, Income, Mutual Funds and Domestic Settlement activity and served in industry advisory roles, including on DTCC and BDUG working groups. Scott leads the Global Class Action Custody Services team with a deep understanding of the business needs and goals of global custodians and their clients, as well as how to most efficiently and optimally achieve them.
